We currently offer three Children’s Sunday School options:
This is for children who are still in diapers and are unable to sit through a full Sunday School lesson. While you are in Adult Sunday School, your children will be sung to, played with, and cared for by two loving members of our church. They may color, spend time singing, or listen to Bible stories.
Younger Kids’ Sunday School
Our church takes Deut. 6 seriously: we have a responsibility to raise up the next generation of believers. This Sunday school class is for younger children of grade school age.
We are using The Gospel Project, a Lifeway resource that teaches children the chronological story of Salvation History using a story-by-story approach. Our teachers do a great job in bringing the stories to life using our timeline, worksheets, games, interactive discussion, and storytelling.
Older Kids’ Sunday School
Geared toward middle school aged kids, this class is also using The Gospel Project, but it digs deeper in each story. Your kids will have a great time learning about the course of salvation history as they interact with our teachers using workbooks and conversational storytelling. Our younger and older kids are coordinated so that if you have children in both classes, they will learn the same story each week. This makes it easier for you as a parent to connect and follow up with your children no matter their age!
If you need help teaching your children God’s Word, we would love to have you. Members of our church are provided hands-on opportunities to teach children with reliable materials. We would love to see your kids one Sunday soon!
